Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
- If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@bionipet.com. While we do not offer refunds on lost or delayed orders, we will send a replacement package to you along with some extra items included for free as a way of making up for the inconvenience caused.
